In our latest Kaiju night this was star of the show, the 1999 Gamera 3: Revenge of Iris.
I think there is a thing about most Kaiju films because you tend to watch and enjoy them even if the CG is rubbish, the acting is terrible and it's quite obvious the buildings are made from cardboard. You keep going back for more and you are surprised each time you watch.
I give this film 9/10

Richard Coyle (Going Postal, Coupling) , Ruth Bradley (Primeval, Flyboys) and Russell Tovey (Being Human, Doctor Who, Sherlock, The Pirates! Band of Misfits).
These three work very well together in this Irish Comedy Horror, each bringing a very different character to the table and sticking to their guns while playing them. Grabbers is one of the best Comedy Horror films I have seen in a while and it is a must if you haven't already seen it.
October/The Month of Spookiness is coming up, maybe you could add this to your October Horror movie challenge.
