Even if you spend most of the week working try to have at least a little time to yourself. Read a book, watch your favourite TV show or film, go eat your lunch somewhere that is secluded from the rest of the hustle and bustle, play a game (video or board), paint something, Sew or embroider, Meditate, Nap, Take a walk, Listen to music. The list is endless, just make it about you.
