Everyone has a holiday they love to celebrate and have traditions that make that time just that little extra special touch. I thought I'd share with you what Halloween is to me.

Samhain
This is a special time of year for Pagans, Wiccans and groups alike. It is the 'Festival of the Dead', New year and time to celebrate the harvest. It also represents the beginning of the 'dark' half of the year on sunset November 1st.

As you know I love to bake and I love to have any excuse to bake.
This is why my coworkers and my partners coworkers are probably putting on weight.

I always enjoy costume making and Halloween is always the best time.

Horror Movies
Good or very bad I enjoy them none the less, they are even better when you can share them with some friends.

Trick or Treat?
I am too old to go trick or treating these days but I do enjoy seeing the costumes of the trick or treaters that may come to my door on Halloween. We have a lot of kids in our area and tend to run out of sweets very quickly.
