Coheed and Cambria and London

I had the day off for a gig in London and this is what I got up to.

I was lucky enough to actually use the high speed to travel up to the gig and I managed to snap a picture of the sun starting to set as we starting to speed off into the distance.

When we got to St Pancras we took a short walk around since I don't remember ever being there but may have been there at some point. I caught two giants having a kiss.

We took a crowded tube ride to Kentish Town since the gig was at the O2 Forum. We found a restaurant called Joe's Southern Kitchen & Bar and decided to try it out as we were starving at this point. I highly recommend the restaurant, the food very tasty and the service was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

We stopped in a pub on our way up the street towards the O2 Forum called The Ball and Gate. The pub was quite busy but we still managed to find a seat while we waited for the venue to open.

Glassjaw and The Crooks were the two support bands for this particular gig and I preferred Glassjaw to The Crooks.

Short/Tall person selfie attempt.
There is also a slightly horrified guy in a hat at the back there.

Coheed made quite an entrance with all their light and build up.
The banner at the back was pretty awesome.

Their light rid was almost as impressive as themselves

This is the king of thing I think about Claudio Sanchez, this where is power of musical awesome comes from.
